Click Services > My Services

Click the "View Details" button to the right of the domain that you want to cancel

Click the Management Actions tab, then click the Request Cancellation link in the drop down menu

Type in a reason for cancellation, if you'd like, then choose either Immediate or End of Billing Period for the time this cancellation should go into effect, then click Request Cancellation

It is NOT immediately assumed you are cancelling your domain renewal as well. PLEASE let us know if you wish to keep it or not.

We are not obligated to keep your files on the server after your termination. Back ups are for current clients. If you think you may wish to return, it is wise to download a backup of your site to your computer prior to cancelation. We may have your backup for awhile for reinstatement, but it is not guaranteed. Go to Cpanel / Backups and download the home directory and the database


Note: Per TOS there are no refunds

Remember to also cancel any paypal subscriptions - at Paypal - that you might have setup for your hosting fees too.
