Gift certificate vouchers, what number do I send the customer?

After a gift certificate has been purchased you will be able to login and retrieve the gift certificate voucher number in your store admin. The number you send them is the actual number the customer will enter at checkout to receive the value of the certificate.

1. The C number is the first value of the code.
This can be found by looking at the number of the certificate (#1-5 depending on the value purchased)

2. The next 4 numbers are the expiration date.
If you want the expiration date to be December of 2006 the code would be 1206

3. The last 4 digits are the actual "certificate" number
This will be found by looking at the number next to the persons name in the certificate box.
