Add free shipping over a certain amount

If you wanted to offer free shipping over, say $100, you would go into your Mals account and the to Cart Setup and finally to shipping.  At the top of the shipping page is a box where you can offer free shipping over X amount.  Enter the amount you want in that box and then save.  If you are using Advanced Shipping this is done in your shipping tables.
