Set up an email account in cPanel![]() Login into your cPanel account by going to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel ( putting your domain name in where I have "yourdomain.com" Click on "Email Accounts" ![]() 1 Enter the email account name that you'd like to have. This can be anything - info or support or orders or sales - it's completely up to you. You'll notice that the domain name is already there for you so you just want to make up a name that will be in front ( to the left ) of the @ sign. 2 Now make up a password for this account. The stronger the password, the harder it will be for someone to guess it. There's a handy little meter to let you know how easy yours will be for someone to figure out. 3 You'll have to type the exact same password in again to make sure you don't have any typos when you're trying to remember it later on. 4 If you want to set a certain limit on how much space your mail can take up you can put a limit in here, or just leave it as is. Click Create You now have a new email account! IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are moving a site that's hosted elsewhere to Merchantmoms, you will need to set up the same email addresses here that you have set up at the other hosting company to avoid any interruption ( or lost emails ) when you change the nameservers and make the MM site live.
