Select Option 7 - in Mal's - Check the box making units = price

Choose 2 Zones and UPDATE SHIPPING.

Now, give your first zone a name ( The Example above is US Shipping but can be whatever you need to name it ).

Set the UNITS ( Up to ) to 9999 and then for COST enter your Flat Rate Fee. In our example we have a flat rate of $4.95 ( do NOT use the dollar sign )

leave all the rest of the boxes blank.

Then name the 2nd zone Local Pickup, or Your City Pickup ( replacing Your City with the city you live in )...whatever you want to name it.

Set the UNITS ( Up to ) to 9999 and the COST to 0 ( Zero )
